I use cloudflare for my peertube portal.

My question is, which settings do I have to make so that the LIVESTREAM works?

Unfortunately, the live stream does not work with cloudflare.

If you are using free cloudflare CDN that will never work because port 1935 is not open in Cloudflare, also video cache is against cloudflare TOS.

What do I have to buy from cloudflare to make it possible?

The live stream works with Cloudflare if you only use CF for DNS. Of course that defeats the main purpose of using CF but that configuration can work for specific scenarios.
