Is it currently possible for users to set default values in their profile that will automatically be applied when they upload a new video?
Specifically, can users define defaults for the following:
A. Default privacy / visibility
B. Default license
C. Default comment setting (enabled/disabled)
D. Default “allow downloads” setting
Additionally, is it correct that in the Admin interface option D cannot be configured?
In other words, it cannot be set as a default value, nor can it be disabled globally at the feature level (independent of whether a user enables or disables it for a specific video).
