I just setup a new instance for Peertube however the Create Account feature does not appear to be enabled by default.
I have gone through the Administration section and have not seen where you enable this.
Can someone let me know where to go?

It’s in Administration → Configuration → Basic → Enable signup

I dont know what the deal was but that section was not there yesterday.
Im not sure if the installation was still completing tasks but when I got your message I went and logged in and for the first time I also got the popup to complete the configuration.
Anyway it all worked out and its running.
Does the federation work the same like Mastodon where you have to add individual relays?
