there is already sepiasearch.org which can index/search videos from many peertube instances, so seems at least possible to do something similar for live streams?
oh cool thanks! But for discoverability purposes, I think if a dedicated interface nicely done for promoting lives with categories and all would be the way just like the UX of owncast or twitch. I understand this would take work, so I’m happy enough with this for now. Thanks!
