I host 8 websites and and email server (Zembra) from home, two are federation type sites a Mastodon and a Peertube instance. all 8 are hosted using ProxMox VE on a Dell R-610 server with 96Gig of ram and 2tb of storage
I have a mini pc hosting my Pfsense firewall that does a very nice job
