About live streaming and S3 outgoing bandwidth

We are trying to set up a live streaming server to server around 5 concurrent lives to more than 10k concurrent viewers.

If we set up Peertube to work with an S3 object storage, that means that object storage will absorb the bandwidth used to stream the live video to the viewers? Or my hosting will be transmitting the live video straight to the viewers and then I´ll need to have at least 10gb network in my server?

Thanks.

I had a look at this experiment that Octopuce did Test de charge d’un Peertube en Live avec Auposte | Octopuce. They say that as an average, with p2p activated, an user will consume 1.7mbps, that means for 10k viewers, 10.7gbps…am I right?
