Add a link "User Manual" on mobilizon/Keskonfai pages

Mobilizon is getting more and more usable, and we are asking event organizers to create accounts and publish their events.. However there is no user manual easily accessible (and the only ones I found yet (in french) are : utilisateurs:mobilizon [La Doc] and Fonctionnement du site and Mobilizon · FédiVienne

and also recently found in english : Use Mobilizon - Mobilizon

I propose to
create a direct access to a user manual besides “Support us” on all mobilizon pages, showing a user manual for beginners.

Thanks for the links, there is some good documentation out there that I didn’t know about :slight_smile:

Mobilizon core team doesn’t maintain documentation in french, but each instance administrator can add a page in the menu, exactly as you suggest.
