Anyone knows how to set up peertube-import-videos.js on Windows?

I’m stuck at NOCLIENT=1 yarn install --pure-lockfile

It would be so useful if the js could be integrated in the pt interface, at any rate…

You can already import videos from the web interface (if the feature is not disabled on the instance).
You just have to go to the page /videos/upload#import-url, and copy/paste the link to the video.

No, I mean, what the script does exactly, mass upload existing videos…

This is on the 2022 ROADMAP:

If you have access to the server, you can install the CLI on it, and use it from there (just pay attention: your credentials will be store on the server, in the current user’s home dir).

I noticed that roadmap, but I wonder how certain that is, especially since it’s been requested for a few years now…

And no, I don’t have access to the server (and wouldn’t presumably make sense if what I want to do is get the videos off my local storage space…)

Even then, I wonder how possible it would be to set pt itself up on this operating system, considering I can’t even get a single script to function…
