Can I get the original video file URL via the API?

I’m running a small program that downloads the highest quality of a video on PeerTube and uploads it to YouTube afterwards (I know this is kind of backwards but I have my reasons).

That would be very interesting if, instead of the highest available video to watch, I can access the original video file but I can’t find the options in the API. Does it exist? And if yes, where can I find it?
