Can I make a playlist really public?

I’ve made a playlist with videos from my channel and I want to share it but if I open it in a private window it asks for login. How can I really share it publicly?

I think I found the issue.
There are two playlist links.
first is this, which is not public

but If I click that, I get

which is indeed public.
The second one directly starts with the first video. Would be great to have kind of a title page first.
