The title says it all, really. Can an instance of PeerTube be installed and run on a cpanel hosting package?

While I’ve heard of CPanel, I’m not sure of what its capabilities are since I’ve never used it, and you’re the first to bring up the idea 
But if installing an application on CPanel amounts to transfering files over SFTP, then no, PeerTube won’t run with just that. It needs a Node runtime among other things.
