Cannot create move job for 'video name': job creation may have failed or there may be pending transcoding jobs for this video

Hi,
I tried to move videos from local to minio object storage using the CLI tool « create-move-video-storage-job.js », most of the videos moved successfully, but some of them still failed to move with the following error.

Cannot create move job for Mulher-Gato: job creation may have failed or there may be pending transcoding jobs for this video

How to move these videos with pending job error ?

Is the cli tools create-transcoding-job.js still available ?

CLI create-transcoding-job.js gives sucessful jobs yet no new resolution in the player

I used create-transcoding-job.js to try either a manual a specific resolution or hls playlist.
