Configure in "school mode"? (a student role that cannot publish videos)

Hi,

Is there a way to configure PeerTube for this kind of use in a school for children? Maybe the student role could even upload videos, but they’d need to be approved by a full user before being made public.

The result I’m looking for is, teachers and staff can add videos, but students cannot. I.e., the student role can do everything a User can, except « Upload, Edit, and Delete videos to their account, associated with one of their channels. »

You can use moderator role for teachers and user role for students. Then enable auto block of new videos: Moderate your instance | PeerTube documentation

You can also set the quota to 0 for students.
