Customize peertube

Hi, I want to make changes on the following page:

1. Only list a few language options, take out the rest.

2. Remove this line « Help to translate PeerTube ».

I can find this doc. But I can’t locate it on my peertube instance.

Also, I wish to have sidebars like this, adding small logos in front of a menu item, and only keep a few buttons,

also make changes on the footer like this for my site viewer.
