Disable password-based login in OIDC or SAML case

It was requested in our coop to disable form with login/password in login page because it confuses users.

If you only have 1 provider enabled (OIDC or SAML), you can enable Redirect users on single external auth when users click on the login button in menu in the admin config (Configuration → General)
