Downgrade from 5.0.0 to 4.3.1

Is it possible to downgrade from 5.0.0 to 4.3.1? And if so, how? I can’t find the command in the documentation.

As I didn’t make a backup (note to self: make backups), I wasn’t going to risk data corruption. So, I set myself the task to just reconfigure the production.yaml and nginx config (quite a few changes since my original setup somewhere in version 3) and get 5.0.0 running. Mission succeeded, be it later than I anticipated.
