"ERR max number of clients reached" on new instance

Hi,

I’m giving a try on Peertube. I have installed a new VM and followed the docs.joinpeertube.org wiki to have the installation done.

So far, everything runs and I can access the main page from Firefox.

Still, the logs are filed with weird errors, given that the instance is brand new:

After searching for those errors on DuckDuckGo and GitHub Issues section, I’m landing here

What do those errors mean?

Thanks

Hi,

It’s a Redis error. Try to check your max users limit in Redis configuration: Redis client handling | Redis

Yep, that works. Default value was 96. I raised it to 1024. According to redis-cli info clients, you need at least 103.

Thanks a lot.
