Newly uploaded videos are transcoded and then hang with the status « to move to an external storage » and consequently never get published.
Maybe related to Cannot move video: SSLv3 alert bad record where the job is retried later after a failure?

Your guess is better than mine. Some videos are queued despite having (seemingly) no previous initial failed attempts.
Here are some more clues from a rundown of my users’ latest uploads:
- Green circled or dotted rows were successfully moved to object storage.
- Red ones failed or indefinitely queued.
- Purple ones report failure but nevertheless appear to have succeeded.
- Yellow ones were never tried to move at all. I’ve never disabled object storage.
