HDR Support

Is there a way to enable HDR transcoding/H.264 10-bit when uploading an HDR .mp4 file? Right now whenever I upload HDR game capture the colors and brightness are all wrong after transcoding. But the video looks fine if I watch it before the transcode job is done.

I had to create a new github account to create the issue and it was restricted. I have contacted support and got the restriction removed. It should work now.
