How do I reset the Peertube Administrator password?

I have a PeerTube instance. I set it up and then I changed the administrator password.

Unfortunately, I have since forgotten the password.

Can I go into the database somehow and reset the admin password (without losing my data)?

I have root access to the machine that Peertube is running on.

Could you also try a password reset with whatever email the root account is associated with? On my peertube instance my root account has one of my emails.

No. Unfortunately, I had not yet set an email for the admin account when I locked myself out.
