My custom peertube instance uses AV1 transcoding with CRF and not constant bitrate, so segments are different sizes in megabytes. This sometimes triggers buffer stalls especially with clients with lower internet speed.
I wanted to adjust hls.js config to fix this but can’t find this in source code of Peertube. Could you please point me at right file?
I know in my case would be better to cap bitrate or use constant bitrate transcoding but it hurts quality of the video, while I’m targeting at highest possible visuals quality.
