Does anyone know how to access PeerTube as a replacement for watching videos on YouTube? I can find no similar interface. It must be a secret to find the home page were videos are previewed.
Are you asking how to copy YouTube videos over to your PeerTube? Or do you just want to view YouTube videos with an alternative frontend?
If the latter is what you want, then you’re looking for something like Invidious.

However you can find video hosted on peertube intances with this search engine https://sepiasearch.org/ or visit all peertube instances available listed here https://instances.joinpeertube.org/instances
