Increase transcoding speed

I hope someone knows ways how you can increase the speed of transcoding new videos? At the moment, in the instance settings I have set:

I tried setting Auto ffmpeg, the speed does increase a little, but I would like to process files even faster.

I use Proxmox as a hypervisor, the settings of the virtual machine processor are as follows:
