Is there a way to temporarily disable new uploads?

I would like to set my instance to « read only » for a period of time, to mitigate traffic and storage costs.

The only way I know to do this is by changing the upload limits for each user, one at a time.

Is there a way to do it in a single batch for all users?

If you have some dev skills, you can use the API or the CLI to loop on all users.
