Local videos are not displayed for anonymous

I have uploaded several videos in « open » mode and they was published.
I can see them as a regular logged in user (not only that who uploaded them).
But when I not logged in, I don’t see them in a Local videos and other lists.
Only if I receive a direct url, I can see and play them.
In other lists I can see just the videos from channel to which I subscribed from peer host.

What do I need to show local videos to anonymous?

What is your instance? Could it be possible that the instance enabled a plugin to hide video to anonymous users?

Thank you. That was a plugin « auto-set-lang », I have remove it and the videos are now visible.
