Max 10 videos on instance

Hello!
Is there a way to limit how many videos I can upload on an peertube instance?
I would like to keep max 10 videos and then remove the older one everytime I upload a new video.
Or in alternative is there a way to delete the older video by peertube-cli?

AFAIK you can only impose quotas on total video size, not on the total number of videos.
