Mobilizon - inviting people to event by email

Hello
I created an event in Mobilizon and I wanted to invite people to the event who do not have Fediverse accounts - I have their email addresses. Would such a feature be possible ? The event creator can have a box to paste the email addresses of invitees in. The invitee gets an email inviting them to the event and saying, to RSVP or comment, they can create a Mobilizon account (link to Mobilizon registration).

Or is this more of a Framagroupes feature? I am trying to figure out what tools to use to do something like this.
