"modal" to support video uploader (translation)

Hi everyone,

I came across this string: PeerTube/angular — Basque @ Framasoft Weblate: Open the modal to support the video uploader which says Open the modal to support the video uploader. I imagine modal it’s a kind of a window or pop-up where you can define how to support the creator, but I just want to make sure.

Yes a modal window should be a pop-up window with which the user needs to interact. Albeit nobody calls it modal window.
