Modvid.com instance not visible in instances.joinpeertube.org directory or Sepia Search – moderation queue check?

My PeerTube instance https://modvid.com was added to the directory approximately a year ago but no longer appears in searches or the public lists on https://instances.joinpeertube.org/instances. The last follower referred from the index was about 5 months ago, and my videos are not appearing in Sepia Search results.

It’s a public instance focused on renewable energy research, archived documentaries, science & technology, news/politics, and education topics. I recently updated the Code of Conduct, moderation information, and added instance categories on the About page.

For additional consideration, I pay close personal attention to conforming with rules against hate speech, harassment, and misinformation. Content related to COVID consists solely of confirmed official documents (e.g., from US gov VAERS, FDA, DoD reports) and analyses from academic/peer-reviewed sources (e.g., virologists and academics like Robert Malone PhD, Judy Mikovits PhD, Denis G. Rancourt PhD, etc.). Most such videos have also passed YouTube moderation on my channel https://www.youtube.com/@darcyklyne.

Federation appears operational (I can successfully follow other instances), and the instance has been stable for over 10 months. Additionally i have sent emails to rt+peertube@framasoft.org as well as submitted to https://contact.framasoft.org/ contact form. Are there any other suggestions or avenues i should consider?
