Need help configuring the OIDC plugin!

I just installed the official OIDC plugin for peertube, but I am having some problems configuring it (there is no documentation). Could someone give me some advice?

First, I am at the point where when I click on the OIDC provider (orcid.org), I am redirected to their login page, I successfully log in, but then I am redirected back to peertube with the error “Sorry, but there was a problem with the external login process.”

Here are my settings. It is not clear if I am missing anything or if anything needs to be changed.

I have added the URI redirect https://solarsystem.video/plugins/auth-openid-connect/router/code-cb to my OIDC provider.

Second, I don’t see any option in my account profile to add an OIDC login option. Presumably, you need to link your OIDC account to your peertube account, but I don’t see a way to do this.

Check peertube logs to see what the error is :slight_smile:

Only the admin can update the plugin auth method, when it updates the user (admin → overview → users → edit user)
