Actually, we know there are a thousand instances (an instance is a server where PeerTube is hosted) of PeerTube: PeerTube instances
If you plan to host yourself the software and your videos, that’s up to you to work on how to circumvent censorship.
If you plan to use a third party host, you can enter in discussion with them to be sure your videos won’t be censored.
Please, be aware each instance is owned by a different entity and have different moderation rules.
