Hi, let’s say I had a PeerTube instance with about 10 people posting videos at intervals of a few days each, what would the bandwidth requirements be?

The bandwidth requirements varies depending on your audience, not just on the number of users your instance has uploading videos to it. It also varies depending on the actual size of the videos uploaded (which you can cap through transcoding options in the advanced configuration section of the admin panel).
But even with exact numbers, it isn’t like we have an abbacus to provide you; in general though, unless you are using a home connection (self-hosting), you should be fine by default.
