We did some testing, and found out that this happened only when he was using a particular network - Eduroam, an « international Wi-Fi internet access roaming service ». What’s different about this network is that it blocks p2p traffic.
Is blocking of p2p something that is known to cause problems for PeerTube with p2p enabled? This is something that potentially could cause problems for a lot of students trying out PeerTube.
