Currently, Peertube supports allocating a maximum storage quota.
An additional storage management tool Peertube could support would be to enable storage of a particular video for a limited, specified period of time. For example, most views might happen in the first week, so you could set the instance to remove videos after they have been hosted for 2 weeks.
