Same hostname for two different instance?

Can I use the same domain name for two PeerTube instance ? For example, www.mydomain.com/one and www.mydomain.com/two.

I tried to set this up in AWS ALB Listener rules but it returned 404 error.

Is it possible to use one hostname for two PeerTube Instance ?

No you can’t.
But you can use two subdomains : one.mydomain.com and two.mydomain.com.
