Sepia Search - not indexing new videos

Hi. This is my instance: https://trailers.ddigest.com/

I’ve noticed that when I first added my instance to https://instances.joinpeertube.org/, it was indexing all the new videos. It just suddenly stopped about 3 weeks ago. Should I be doing something on my end?
