Using framacolibri as discussion board for a free software project?

Hi,

I’m the maintainer of PyInstaller, a free software for freezing Python applications into stand-alone executables.

We want to get rid of our discussion forum at google-groups. Seeking a trustworthy discourse instance I’m happy to see Framasoft is providing one. I would like to open a new discussion forum here?

  • Is this okay for you?
  • How can I add a new category “PyInstaller”?

Framacolibri is for our own purpose (our topics, our categories, our community…).
We provide many services but we’re not a forum provider actually.

Hi @htgoebel,

I think that you could take a look at tuxfamily (https://www.tuxfamily.org/en/main). You should be able to host your own discussion forum there?
