It would be great if Peertube could indicate its required spec. for video thumbnail dimensions.
…I made a 16:9 (1280 x 720) jpeg image. Peertube uploaded the image at 100dpi (3.5MB out of permitted 4MB max), but then did it not implement it - I get an error message about the dimensions being too big:
