White Screen, but Code 200 after upgrade from Version 3 to 4 (using caddy)

I was running peertube via docker using the tag production-buster which means version 3.4 I believe. I now upgraded to production-bullseye and added the webserver to my docker-compose.yml. It now looks line this:

You can find the default one here: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Chocobozzz/PeerTube/master/support/nginx/peertube

Currently it seems like peertube is working, but the webinterface is broken. Meaning i can watch videos using newpipe, but the website is just white. Strangely I still get code 200 and the source code looks like the one from other instances.

Did I mess up the webserver config? I also have custom css and plugins installed. Could that case the problem?
