Unable to upload youtube URL's

just upgraded to 5.0.1 and am unable to upload videos from yourtube

Cannot fetch information from import for URL

We’re missing some informations.

What is the instance you’re trying to use?
Are you admin of the instance? If so, did you try to disable instance’s plugins?
What is the video you’re trying to import?
Which browser are you using? And what’s its version?
Did you try with addons uninstalled?

Are you admin of the instance? If so, did you try to disable instance’s plugins? Yes Admin, all Plugins are disabled
What is the video you’re trying to import? youtube
Which browser are you using? And what’s its version?: firefox v108.0, Edge: 108
Did you try with addons uninstalled? No addons installed

Thanks for your answer, I am sure that will help to debug.

However when I asked for the video I was talking about the URL. Anyway, if you don’t want to share it for privacy, could you just tell us if you’ve tested with other YouTube videos also?

Since you’re admin, what is the version of yt-dlp you’re using?

I fixed it, had to install yt-dlp and upgrade python to current version

Now when I upload a video it does not show up in recently uploaded or in any category,
where do I config it to show current files uploaded
